Six things I was responsible for
Not a gallery of renders. Each sheet states the constraint that made the job hard, the decision that resolved it, and what that decision cost.
Everything here sits at the level of detail already published in my résumé. Geometry, analysis results and design-basis content for nuclear and commercial programmes remain with the organisations that own them.
Micro modular reactor pressure boundary
Pressure-retaining and internal components running at high temperature and multi-MPa. Creep, fatigue, thermal expansion and manufacturability all arguing for different geometry, with ASME III and a licensing case as the referee.
Cobalt-60 in-bay handling equipment
Handling and processing hardware for a nuclear bay. No hand goes in, so every maintenance action has to exist on the drawing before it is ever needed. CSA N285.0, ASME B31.3, ASME Y14.5.
Moving-bed heat exchanger redesign
Sixty per cent of the manufacturing time removed, with structural integrity, thermal duty and continuous-duty reliability all held. None of it bought by accepting a worse machine.
Maglev bearings & neutron choppers
Rotary magnetic levitation bearings and neutron-chopper assemblies for high-speed compression and wafer manufacturing. A rotor that touches nothing, where the tolerance stack is the product.
Smart lockout & high-pressure wellhead control
Twenty-plus prototypes evaluated in ninety days, then the tolerance-stack and field-failure work that turned a fast learning loop into a product people trust at pressure.
Truck bodies & vehicle structures
Seven years turning operational requirements into production hardware on a Nigerian assembly line, and building the configuration discipline that let the engineering team grow into it.
